A true tech nerd at heart, Alex is most passionate about building world-class technology companies by creating an open, transparent, and accountable culture that delivers quality. Other than his technical skill set, Alex also holds a CPA/CMA designation, and has his MBA focusing on technology management and valuation.
Currently, he is training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and doing a master’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology at Kings College London.

He also took part in the core faculty of the MIND Foundation´s “Augmented Psychotherapy Training” (APT), a 2-year program providing professionals with the knowledge and skills to practice psychedelic-augmented psychotherapy and psychedelic integration therapy in a legal, safe, and evidence-based framework.
Sergio is convinced that the effects of psychedelic substances on mental health and human development go beyond their mere pharmacology and beyond treating diagnosed individuals. Furthermore, it is important to remember that overall health and mental health go hand in hand and improvements have bidirectional effects and a personalized approach will always be superior to one-size-fits-all interventions.

I visualize health in a holistic and profound way and believe in the potential of a comprehensive approach to illness and emotional discomfort. Through this perspective the person is situated at the center of therapy, which includes all of its dimensions: physical, emotional and spiritual, and always with a respectful and humane perspective.
During my personal and professional journey, modified states of consciousness as a therapeutic tool have played a very relevant and transformative role. In this journey I have been trained in transpersonal psychotherapy and in the accompaniment of modified states of consciousness, deepening, among other therapeutic resources, working with integration of dreams and Focusing.
I have gained experience in these fields in clinical contexts as well as in altered states of consciousness ceremonies or as a member of the international team of Kosmicare psychedelic emergency care volunteers at the BOOM Festival in 2016.
The study of psychoneuroimmunology and clinical experience with integrative medicine has allowed me to focus on the relationships between the different systems of the body: psychological, endocrine, neurological or immunological, with a special interest in understanding the human microbiome, complementing thus the accompaniment that I offer to people on the path of building their own health.

My name is Kristine. In 2015 I turned my passion for sports into my profession with the goal to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies. In 2019 I started working with people who have different psychological problems or limitations. Helping clients through my therapy, in a supportive way through sports and exercise and being able to witness the process of recovery is something that makes me very happy.
I am a medical fitness trainer and personal trainer. An important part of my work is to build up and strengthen specific muscle groups and the body. Because only a healthy body can house a healthy soul.
The training I create helps to boost metabolism and support the detoxification process.
Another point is an improvement of imbalances, back problems, joint problems, posture problems and to support the cardiovascular system through the training.
Helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies again is my primary goal!
I also do stretching classes to improve flexibility. Mobility training also takes up a large part of my work to get or keep the body in better flow.
Other important points are relaxation exercises, coordination, strengthening of deep muscles and balance. I always keep an eye on the correct movement and flow and immediately adapt the workouts to my clients' needs if necessary. I always look for solutions to make my clients feel good in their bodies during and after the workouts and create a workout that meets their needs.

Children and adolescents go through very different and sometimes difficult phases in their development. Everyday life at school, at home and in their environment requires a great deal of adaptability. If this adaptability falters, it can lead to insecurities. Reactions to insecurities can be very diverse.
Life can then become explosive and full of conflict. Some children and adolescents are sad and discontented, withdraw, inflict wounds on themselves or experience their own life as meaningless. Others eat so little that they endanger themselves.
These situations entail grief and suffering for the affected person, but also for his or her family members. However, these crises can also conceal opportunities to take new steps in development.
In difficult phases, it can be helpful if a neutral outsider is available for trusting conversations. This offers the opportunity to discuss even difficult issues. The point is to emerge stronger from this process. Self-confidence can grow and change processes can be set in motion.
I attach great importance to an individually tailored therapeutic approach that does justice to the uniqueness of each patient and family in all possible ways.
I work in a resource- and solution-oriented way. I believe that the best support is the best possible promotion of competencies: the competencies of children to master their life and the competencies of parents to support and accompany their children on this path.
It is important to me that you and your children feel at ease with me and that you redevelop confidence in your own abilities, so that you can experience positive change step by step.
